Refund policy
PIE BAR Exchange, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
We are serious about pie, and want to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. More than anything, we value your purchases with us. If you ever receive a product that you are not satisfied with, please contact us at hello@orderpiebar.com.
The Pie Bar Exchange, Cancellation, and Refund Policy is only valid for assessment for 30 days after the initial purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to move forward with assessing your request.
To complete an exchange, cancellation, or refund we require a receipt or an alternative proof of purchase.
Food Products
such as fresh, frozen, and pre-packed food items may be eligible for an exchange if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon purchase.
- The order is cancelled at minimum 48 hours prior to its scheduled production or pick up date, in which case the order will be rescheduled or credited for a later date.
Note: We cannot offer exchanges, refunds, or rescheduling options on pies that are cancelled within 48 hours of its scheduled production or pick up date.
For food safety reasons, no food products (packaged, fresh, or frozen) that were sold in good condition can be returned or exchanged once they have exchanged hands from a Pie Bar Team Member to a customer.
Bulk or specialty orders are ineligible for a refund or credit if cancelled within 72 hours of the production date.
Retail Items
such as merchandise/apparel, mugs, baking tools, buttons/stickers, and candles may be eligible for an exchange if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon purchase.
Covid-19 protocols: No apparel may be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Baking Classes
Pie Bar reserves the right to cancel a class. If Pie Bar cancels a class, you will be notified by phone or email. You can switch to another class or be fully refunded for your registration fee.
If you need to cancel for any reason, in order to receive a refund or apply a credit to a different class, Pie Bar must be notified at least 7-days prior to the class date. If Pie Bar is notified less than 7-days prior to the scheduled date or a student is a no-show, there will be no refunds or class rescheduling for any reason.
Shipping Exchanges
To request an exchange on a shipped retail product, you should email hello@orderpiebar.com
If your shipping exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
