During Christmas Week (starting Sunday, December 19th) we have a limited menu and walk-in pie availability. Pending order volume, this info may change.

Will Pie Pick-Ups be at Pie Bar’s Commissary Kitchen via the Pie Drive-Thru like Thanksgiving or will they be at the Marietta and Woodstock locations?
We do all Christmas Week Pie Pick-Ups at the shops in the Marietta Square and Downtown Woodstock.

The Pie Drive Thru is a necessity at Thanksgiving due to order volume. Although we are busy during Christmas Week, we are not as busy as we are during Thanksgiving. This means we are able to serve you well in the shops PLUS this means you can come by for last minute holiday gifts!
Pending order volume and pie availability, we intend to offer slices of pie during Christmas Week. As we get closer to Christmas, this is subject to change. Any changes to service will be updated on our social media.

When Do I Order My Christmas Pie (December 19th - December 23rd)?
We start taking orders for whole Christmas Pies on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021, at 11am.
You can order online, over the phone, or in-person, but all orders are routed through our website.
Orders close on Friday, December 17th at 9:00 pm.
How Do I Order a Pie for Christmas Week (December 19th - December 23rd)?
You can order your Christmas Week Pie online, over the phone, or in-person, but all orders are routed through our website.
You can visit our website (OrderPieBar.com). Then select the “Christmas Pies” tab, select your flavors and total number of pies, and then select your pick up date and time. You will pay online to confirm your order and will receive an email with your confirmation receipt.
Please contact Lauren Bolden and Vivian El-Salawy at Hello@Orderpiebar.com if you are ordering using a Pie Bar Gift Card, Pie Club, Discount Card, Pie Card Gift Certificate, or have an interest in placing a large order (anything over 20 pies).
When is the Cut Off (the Last Day) to pre-order pies for Christmas Week?
The cut off (last day) to pre-order pies for Christmas Week is Friday, December 17th at 9:00 pm. The website will close all orders for Christmas Week at 9:00 pm, and we will STOP accepting Christmas Week Orders.
After orders close on December 17th at 9:00 pm, there are no refunds, replacements or edits to your Christmas Week Pie order, no exceptions. This includes changing the pick up date or time of your Christmas Pies.
Please note, we recommend placing your order earlier rather than later. Certain pick-up dates and times are more popular and will “Sell-Out” before others.
Am I required to Prepay for my Pie?
Yes. All pies must be paid for during the time they are ordered to confirm your order.
Should I Order a Pie Ahead of Time or Just Walk-In and Pick One Up during Christmas Week?
Walk-In Pies will be limited during the week of Christmas. If you want to be guaranteed a pie, we highly recommend you place a pre-order NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, DECEMBER 17TH AT 9PM.
Starting Sunday, December 19th, we will bake all of our pre-orders and then bake as many extra pies as we can for service that same day.
Slices may be limited or removed from the menu pending order volume starting Sunday, December 19th.
Will Savory Pies be Available for Purchase during Christmas Week?
Yes, for a list of available Savory Pies please see our Christmas Week Menu.
Will Slices of Pie, Half & Half Pies, and Sampler Pies be Available for Purchase during Christmas Week?
We intend to have Slices, Half & Halfs, and Sampler Pies during Christmas Week; however, pending order volume, we may have to limit or remove those items starting December 19th. These items CANNOT be pre-ordered for Christmas Week.
Will Pints of Pie Bar Vanilla Ice Cream be Available during Christmas Week?
Yes! We want to save you a trip to the grocery store, so you can pre-order a pint of locally made Pie Bar Vanilla Ice Cream and pick it up with your pie during Christmas Week. Pints will also be available for walk-in purchase while supplies last.
What if I Want to Order a Pie That is Not on the Christmas Week Menu?
Due to the volume of pies baked during Christmas Week, we limit our menu to the flavors previously listed. However, we understand that you may have had your heart set on a different flavor from our Winter 2021 Menu.
Certain flavors from our Winter Menu do freeze well, and can be purchased before Christmas, kept frozen, and then thawed and reheated in your oven on Christmas Day. We provide storing and reheating instructions for you on our website.
*Can I Use My Pie Club Membership During the Week of Christmas?
Yes. If you would like to use your Pie Club Membership to reserve a whole pie for Christmas Week, please email Lauren and Vivian at Hello@orderpiebar.com. Your whole pie will not be confirmed until you receive an official confirmation email in response.
If you would like to use your Pie Club Membership to reserve Slices, Half & Halfs, and Sampler Pies during Christmas Week, you must do so on a “walk-in” basis.
What if I Want to Ship a Pie to Someone for Christmas?
We are unable to ship pies at this time. We ship our Pie Fillings, Pie Crust Mix and other Pie Bar and Pie Provisions merchandise and products. Those items can be found on our website. Orders for these products close on Tuesday, December 14th, 2021, at 7:00 pm.
