2. When Do I Order My Thanksgiving Pies?
We start taking orders for Thanksgiving Pies on Wednesday, October 16th at 9am. You can order online, over the phone, or in-person. All pies must be paid for at the time of ordering.
We will be shipping Pies for Thanksgiving this year; however the order cut-off dates are different. More details below.

3. How Do I Order My Thanksgiving Pies?
You can order your Thanksgiving Week Pie online, over the phone, or in-person.
Online: You can visit our website (OrderPieBar.com). Then select the “Thanksgiving Pies” tab, select your flavors and total number or pies, and then select your pick up date and time. You will pay online to confirm your order.
Over the Phone: A Pie Bar representative will assist you by filling out the information needed on our website (OrderPieBar.Com). They will select the “Thanksgiving Pies” tab, select your flavors and total number or pies, and then select your pick up date and time. You will pay over the phone to confirm your order.
In Person: You can visit our Thanksgiving Pie Ordering Station located inside our store on Main Street starting on October 16th. There you use an Ipad to select the “Thanksgiving Pies” tab, select your flavors and total number or pies, and then select your pick up date and time. You will pay online to confirm your order.
All orders will be routed through our website, whether they are ordered online, over the phone, or in person. This is required to track the large volume of orders received for Thanksgiving Week.

4. When is the Cut Off (the Last Day) to pre-order a pie for Thanksgiving Week?
The cut off (last day) to pre-order a pie for Thanksgiving Week is Friday, November 22nd at 9pm. The website will close all ordering for Thanksgiving Week at 9:00pm, and we will STOP accepting orders over the phone and in-person on Friday, November 22nd at 9:00pm.
After orders close on November 22nd, 2019, there are no refunds, replacements or edits to your Thanksgiving Week Pie order, no exceptions.
Please note, we recommend placing your order earlier rather than later. Certain pick-up dates are more popular and will “Sell-Out” before others.

5. Am I required to Pre-Pay for my Thanksgiving Week Pie?
Yes. All pies must be paid for during the time they are ordered to confirm your order.
6. What are the pick-up days for Thanksgiving Week Pies?
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we ask that when you order your pie, you choose your pick up date and time carefully. Once Thanksgiving Week Pie orders close on November 22nd at 9pm, this information cannot be altered, edited, refunded, canceled, or replaced. No exceptions.
In years past, we have strongly encouraged you come to pick up your Thanksgiving Week Pie during your pre-selected time and date; however this year, we are requiring pick-up only during your pre-selected time and date. If you come at the wrong time, you will be asked to return at the correct time or day to pick up your Thanksgiving Week Pie.

7. Should I Order a Pie Ahead of Time or Just Walk-In and Pick One Up during Thanksgiving Week?
We strongly encourage you pre-order your Thanksgiving Week Pie. If you choose not to pre-order, you are not guaranteed a pie during Thanksgiving Week.
If time allows, we bake extra pies during Thanksgiving Week, and those pies are considered “Walk-In” Pies. They are sold on a “first come, first served” basis. These pies cannot be reserved ahead of time, no exceptions. You cannot call and place one on hold during Thanksgiving week, no exceptions.
8. Will Savory Pies be Available for Purchase during Thanksgiving Week?
For the first time ever, we will be offering our 10” Take & Bake Rosemary Chicken Pot Pies for Thanksgiving Week for Pick Up Only (No Shipping). No other savory pies will be available for purchase during Thanksgiving Week.
We strongly encourage you to pre-order your Thanksgiving Week Take & Bake Rosemary Chicken Pot Pie. If you choose not to pre-order, you are not guaranteed a Take & Bake Rosemary Chicken Pot Pie during Thanksgiving Week.
9. Will Slices of Pie be Available for Purchase during Thanksgiving Week?
No, Slices of Pie will not be available for purchase during Thanksgiving Week. We will only have Whole Pies available for Pre-Orders and Walk-Ins. The Pre-Order Pies must have been ordered prior to November 22nd at 9pm and the Walk-In Pies are sold on a first-come, first-served basis each day.

Yes! We want to save you a trip to the grocery store, so pre-order a quart of locally made Flux Ice Cream and pick it up with your pie during Thanksgiving Week. We will have limited supplies for Walk-In Purchase.
13. Why Have I Seen People Lining Up in Your Parking Lot During Thanksgiving Week?

With our limited square footage, we need all the space we can get. This means the retail portion of our store will be closed to the public during Thanksgiving Week.
This year will be a little different from previous years. We will have TWO windows designated for pre-orders and ONE window for walk-ins. All three windows will be labeled clearly, and we will have staff walking around the parking lot to ensure you are in the correct line.
If you have a pre-ordered pie, please arrive for your pie pick-up on the correct date and time. This helps ensure that we can move through the lines quickly and efficiently. If you arrive on the wrong date or during the wrong time, you will be asked to return at the correct date and time. If you do not pick up your pie, we cannot hold it until the next day. If you do not pick-up your pie by the end of the business day that it was reserved for, we reserve the right to donate it to the Cherokee County Fire Department. You will not receive a refund. You cannot change your pick up date or time after November 22nd at 9pm.
If you did not pre-order and are hoping to purchase a walk-in pie, please be aware that lines can form early on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning (over an hour before opening time). We are unable to guarantee a pie to everyone in line, so we highly recommend you pre-order your pie. We are also unable to guarantee flavor availability for walk-in pies.
14. What if I Want to Order a Pie That is Not on the Thanksgiving Week Menu?
Due to the volume of pies baked during Thanksgiving Week, we limit our menu to the flavors previously listed. However, we understand that you may have had your heart set on a different flavor from our Fall 2019 Menu.
If you have a pre-ordered pie, please arrive for your pie pick-up on the correct date and time. This helps ensure that we can move through the lines quickly and efficiently. If you arrive on the wrong date or during the wrong time, you will be asked to return at the correct date and time. If you do not pick up your pie, we cannot hold it until the next day. Certain flavors from our Fall Menu do freeze well, and can be purchased up to three months before Thanksgiving, kept frozen, and then thawed and reheated in your oven on Thanksgiving Day. We can provide storing and reheating instructions for you if requested.

We are proud to ship our pies anywhere in the continental United States through UPS 2nd Day Air.
Due to the high volume of packages being shipped at this time, we will be shipping out Thanksgiving Pies the week prior to Thanksgiving: Monday, November 18th; Tuesday, November 19th; Wednesday, November 20th. Once the pie arrives, there will be a care card included with instructions on re-freezing the pie until Thanksgiving!
Orders for Shipping Pies for Thanksgiving will close on Wednesday, November 13th at 7pm.
During the checkout shipment section, your rates will be calculated based on destination zip code and total weight.
