After a few seasons of serving pie at local farmer’s markets, husband-and-wife team, Cody and Lauren Bolden, decided to quit their “normal jobs” and open a pie shop called Pie Bar. 

Since that day in 2015, the Pie Bar Community has grown and now includes Pie Bar Woodstock, Pie Bar Marietta, and where the *baking magic* happens: Pie Bar's Commissary Kitchen.

Each part of Pie Bar is made up of a dedicated group of individuals who are just as passionate about serving guests and baking delicious pies as Cody and Lauren are.

Vivian Gamel (General Manager), April Latham (Kitchen Manager), Tony Hunt (Woodstock Shop Manager), and Sam Mathew (Marietta Shop Manager) are all integral parts of making Pie Bar the best place for pie and coffee. 

We are proud to serve our community handcrafted sweet pies (by the slice or whole pies!), savories pies, and coffee.

We believe that pie is not just for special occasions, it is meant to be enjoyed on a regular basis.
